One on one personalized program package
Purchased as a package, you are provided with 10 personal and private sessions, delivered online through video or by telephone. You will be provided with a link to an online calendar which will allow you to schedule your sessions at your convenience.
The sessions are held on a secure, encrypted web-based platform and most current computers come equipped with cameras so there is no need to purchase any hardware or download any special software. You are able to participate in the sessions from any device - Mac, PC, iPad, iPhone, Android tablet or phone.
